Version Warning Missing for Onboardings with Active Digital Signatures

A warning message is now displayed when a vendor user opens an onboarding with active digital signatures that is not on the latest version of the onboarding type. Previously, no warning was shown, causing confusion about version discrepancies during the signing process.
